Bragg Creek's Dylan Holloway continues to prove why he belongs int he Edmonton Oilers lineup coming into the NHL playoffs.

Last night in a 9-2 demolish of the San Jose Sharks, Holloway had his first three-point game, scoring in the dying seconds of the first and assisting on two others. He was named third star.

It was his second goal since being called up from the Bakersville Condors, and his fifth of the season. Deep in the slot, Holloway capitalized on a pass from Adam Henrique.

Some sports writers are starting to ask if the Oilers have found their secret weapon for the playoffs.

The Oilers sit four points behind the Vancouver Canucks in the Pacific Conference and there remains a chance to leapfrog them into top spot. Should they remain in second, the LA Kings will likely be their opponent in the first round.
