The Town of Cochrane is hosting two information sessions, offering the community the chance to learn more about the capital construction projects scheduled for this year.

The sessions will focus on several projects essential for advancing and enhancing Cochrane's infrastructure.

Highlighted projects include the 4th Avenue Wall Enhancements, Centre Avenue improvements Project, Historic Ranche and Glenbow Pathway Improvements, Highway 22 to Riverview Syphon project, Highway 1A/22 Interchange, and the Project Jumpstart initiative, among others.

The sessions will be held:

  • Thursday, April 11, 4 p.m.- 7 p.m. at The Station (360 Railway Street W)
  • Saturday, April 13, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at SLS Centre (800 Griffin Road)

"Building on the success of last year's event, we are offering two chances for our community to get involved this year. We've scheduled one session in the evening and another on the weekend to make it easier for everyone to join us, ask questions, and dive into what's coming up in Cochrane,” said Drew Hyndman, Executive Director Development & Infrastructure Services, Cochrane.

Residents will also have the chance to learn more about the projects at the Cochrane and District Chamber of Commerce Tradeshow on May 4 and 5 at SLS Centre.
