The Cochrane Chaos are no longer unbeaten in the Alberta Junior Female Hockey League after a pair of weekend losses on the road.

On Saturday (October 14) the team travelled to Fort Saskatchewan where they suffered their first loss of the year, a 5 - 4 setback at the hands of the Fury.

Kaylin Herman had a pair of goals in the loss for the Chaos while Audrey Buston and Jenna Wasylik added singles.

Jenna Wesson blocked 21 shots between the pipes for the Chaos.

The action continued in northern Alberta on Sunday for the Chaos as they were in Sherwood Park where a three goal first period for the Steele helped them to a 4 - 2 win.

Jenna Wasylik scored her second goal of the weekend while Ashley Richard also connected.

Meagan Parkyn was in goal for the game and stopped 24 shots.

The Chaos have an opporunity to gain a little revenge against the Steele in the friendlier confines of the Totem One Arena at the Spray Lakes Sawmill Family Sports Centre for a Saturday encounter,

The puck will drop at 7:00 pm.  

The Chaos are now 4 and 2 on the season and in second place in the AJFHL South Division.
