We're now a couple of months into this new norm of social distancing, self-isolation and constant hand sanitizing and I'm definitely adjusted to this new routine.

There are some perks like getting a few extra minutes to sleep in because I don't need to dress up for work these days.

I'm very fortunate to be able to physically go into work but I do miss running into my co-workers and having those water cooler chats.

I miss seeing my friends and I can't wait to take my kids to the park or the pool again.

I'm finding coming up with new meal ideas to be very challenging and we tend to eat the same things all of the time.

We have tacos once a week because it's simple and everyone in my house will eat them and it's just easier to stick with the same old, then it is to try to convince my four-year-old to try something new.

Don't get me wrong I love tacos, it's just nice to mix up the menu here and there.

Is it just me or does it feel like Groundhog Day?

What are you missing the most these days and what are you most looking forward to do once the world re-opens?

Send me an email here.
