For communities outside of Cochrane, Remembrance Day is looking different in 2020. Of course, like so  many events, Remembrance Day ceremonies have had to be altered due to the pandemic.

Bragg Creek's service will be altered this year too. The ceremony will be virtual only to area residents. The Bragg Creek Community Church has a YouTube channel and the ceremony will be streamed tomorrow (Wednesday, November 11) starting at 10:45 a.m.

Cremona's Legion 172 will not be holding their Remembrance Day Service at the Community Hall this year. Instead, the Legion will be laying wreaths, available through a $25 donation, on the west side of the Legion building. To make a donation, you can contact Linda Newsome at 403-337-2331.

In Cochrane, the Remembrance Day ceremony will be livestreamed on the Cochrane Legion's Facebook page beginning at 10:40 a.m.

91.5 Cochrane Now will run a Remembrance Day program at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11th.
