RCMP Major Crimes Unit is hopeful someone may have information about the last known movements of 19 year old, Calgarian, Sehyun Edmund Lim.

Lim's body was discovered in a remote location near the intersection of Highway 1 and Highway 8 outside of Cochrane on May 5, dressed in winter weather clothing.

RCMP say Lim was known to frequently walk and take public transit but as to how Lim's body ended up at in it's final destination remains a mystery.

RCMP say they are not ruling out the possibility that Lim hitchhiked or was offered a ride, but are hoping an image of Lim's clothing may a trigger a memory of someone seeing or communicating with him.

At the time of his discovery, Lim was wearing miss-matched gloves and using commercial brand hand warmers.

Lim was last seen leaving his SW Calgary residence on January 21, 2016.

Any information regarding Lim's last known movements can be reported to Cochrane RCMP at 403-851-8000, the investigative team at christopher.girard@rcmp-grc.gc.ca, or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
