Only two teams have beat the Cochrane Generals in regulation this season, and now one of them has done it twice both times in Cochrane's barn.

The Mountainview Colts pulled ahead on a powerplay goal with five minutes remaining in regulation and hung on for a 6-5 win tonight at the Cochrane Arena.

Gens captain Patrick Forde scored a pair, while Andrew Guss, Tristan Ripplinger, and Connor Stephenson each notched one.

The Gens heavily outshot the Colts, 47-25.

The teams have met three times this season, and neither one of them has won on home ice.

The Gens head to Sylvan Lake on Sunday to take on the Wranglers. The Wranglers are hot on the Gens trail in the north division with three games in hand.
