Cochrane RCMP have made an arrest in relation to the report of a man performing an indecent act at a local coffee shop on January 24, 2022.
On Monday, February 14 just before 4:30 p.m., local police responded to a report of the same male attending the coffee shop in the area of First Street and Second Avenue.
Cochrane RCMP arrested a 48-year-old man from Cochrane.
He has been charged with three counts of an indecent act and three counts of mischief under $5000.
Following a judicial hearing, the accused has been released from custody and will appear in Cochrane Provincial Court on March 8.
Cochrane RCMP would like to thank the public's assistance with the case which lead to the arrest.
