Once again, Cochrane has proved to be an extremely giving community.
The 3rd Annual CochraneNow Fall Food Drive wrapped up Tuesday afternoon with a record amount of donations for the Cochrane Activettes Food Bank.
Lauren and Eric hosted a seven-hour radio food drive on 91.5FM CochraneNow in front of Save-On-Foods Cochrane and managed to collect TWO trucks full of the most wanted items needed at The Cochrane Food Bank.
The food was accompanied by $1,160 in cash donations. $1,000 of which was donated anonymously!
Huge shout out to the Cochrane Generals and their goalie, Kaiden Wharton for helping to collect donations (and risking getting a sun burn) throughout the entire day!
