Starting this morning, Save-On-Foods Cochrane is now opening an hour early to give seniors the opportunity to grab groceries worry-free. 

The doors will open at 7 am Tuesday through to Saturday and for an hour, seniors that are 70 years old or older will be welcome to shop with fully restocked shelves and no crowds. 

At 8 am the store will be open for the general public.
