Update: House fire in Riverview has been extinguished by Cochrane Fire Services.
Cochrane Fire Services is on the scene of a house fire on Riverview Drive in the community of Riverview.
A call went out before noon on Monday, May 23.
Fire Inspector Jeff Avery says Cochrane Fires Services were called to a two-story residential structure in Riverview saying, "On arrival, there was a working fire at the back. Residents weren't home at the time and so fire crews did get it knocked down fairly quickly. We are currently doing the investigation. But no injuries and no damage to any extended property."
