The 15U Cochrane Shear Fluids Crush had a breakout weekend in Baseball Alberta AA play.

The team won their first three games of the season, including a 39-0 hitting derby against the Okotoks Outlaws Blue. They opened the weekend with a 10-7 win over the Strathmore Reds and capped it off with a 24-17 victory against the Acme Red Sox on Sunday.

Shear Fluids are hosting Strive tonight before a weekend homestand.

The U13 AAA Peleton Crush opened the weekend with a pair of losses to the first place Okotoks Dawgs on Saturday before downing the Calgary Cubs in a pair of road games on Sunday.

The Dawgs dominated the opening game, 15-5, then rallied late in the second game to win 10-6.

The Crush rebounded with 21-10 and 12-11 wins over the Cubs on Sunday.

Peleton Crush kick off play in an Okotoks tournament on Friday with games against the Calgary Bucks and Parkland (Spruce Grove/Stoney Plain). Saturday they challenge Going Yard from Saskatoon. The semi-finals and finals are on Sunday.
