Several Cochrane area hockey players are among those selected to play for AAA teams of the Airdrie-Cochrane Athletic Association.

After extensive tryouts, the rosters were released late this week.

The Airdrie CFR Bisons U18 AAA team includes Cochrane forwards Alex Bend, Caden Stephenson and Shaw Cathcart. Ryler Bergman, Jace Moffat, and James Quaide were named blueliners.

The U16 AAA AC Avalanche, who call the SLS Family Sports Centre home, includes Cochrane forwards Evan Devost and Gage Sather. Goalie Zach Zahara is from Rocky View County.

Playing for the Airdrie Xtreme U15AAA team are goalie Ethan Mann, defenceman Fraser Leonard and forwards Adam Perron, Kadon McCann, Nathan Sherriffs, Reyd Langan and Ty Barry.
